Can I order online?

YES! Our Made to Order pieces come in standard sizes. Once you have placed your order via the website we will contact you to obtain your measurements and advise which size will be best. If you require any alterations you can then use a local tailor to carry these out.

How long do Alyce Jayne Made to Order garments take to arrive?

Each fabulous garment is hand cut and sewn in our UK studio. This process can take between 20-26 weeks. These are made up in standard sizes and may require local alterations so make sure to allow adequate time for this before your wedding date! 

Can I order something in a different colour?

YES! All of our pieces are customisable if you like a certain outfit but want a different fabric or colour please get in touch and we can chat about options. We LOVE customisation. Please note this may change the final price of a garment depending on fabric costs but this will be agreed before you purchase. 

How long before my wedding should I order my dress?

We advise that you order your gorgeous dress a minimum of 8-12 months before your wedding. For bespoke this gives us time to collaborate on your designs and start the toiling (sampling) process and allow for dress fittings. For made to order it gives you time to decide on the dress of your dreams, allows time for it to be made and posted to you then time for alterations.

How do I know if I will like the fabrics and colours?

Sometimes it can be difficult to imagine how the fabrics will look and feel when ordering online! We are happy to send out small fabric samples to let you see/choose your preferences before ordering.
