RETURNS POLICY

All Alyce Jayne garments are handmade either Made to Order or Bespoke. You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase. After this all sales are final, we cannot accept returns. We aim to provide high quality bridal garments to our customers, based on the information provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Any changes to an order after 48 hours may incur extra charges.

All items are checked before shipping, however, If you feel there is a minor fault, or the item is not the correct colour or size that you ordered then please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item at hello@alycejayne.co.uk where we will be happy to help. Please include your order number, along with a detailed explanation and photographs of the item.

If we cannot resolve the issue through email or a phone call, you may need to return the item to our studio within 14 days of purchase so that we may inspect it. Please return to:

Please ensure you post recorded delivery.

Upon inspection, if we do not find a fault and the item passes our quality control then the item will be returned to you.

If we find a fault with the item, we will be happy to offer a repair or replacement item and will cover the postage costs.

Please note any returned items must be in their original condition, with tags intact and in the original packaging. They must not have been worn, had any alterations or have been laundered. They must not have any dirty marks, odours or make up on them. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement/repair if you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt of item.
